One account for all of it.

How does the cancellation alert work?

When you find a practitioner whose schedule doesn't have the slot you want, you can join their cancellation waitlist. The moment someone else cancels and a slot opens that matches your preferences, we send you an instant alert by push notification, SMS, and email all at once. You'll have a window (the clinic decides how long, typically 5 to 60 minutes) to claim it. Tap once, it's yours. If you don't claim it, the alert moves to the next person waiting. No more checking back daily and hoping.

Is my data safe?

Yes, and we don't take this lightly. We built BookingHub to meet Canadian privacy law. Your data is encrypted everywhere it lives, every access is audited, and the servers are hosted on Canadian infrastructure. You own your data. You can download it or delete it anytime, no questions asked. We never sell it. We never share it without your explicit consent.

Will BookingHub be available outside Canada?

Growing teams and clinics have paid plans with all the features they need. Setup takes about an hour for most solo practitioners, and we have white-glove onboarding for larger teams. Of course. You can cancel or reschedule from your BookingHub account in two taps, anytime up to the cancellation deadline set by the clinic (usually 24 hours before, but each professional sets their own). Life happens. We won't make you feel bad about it.

Yes. Many clinics run BookingHub alongside their existing software during the transition, especially while they migrate patients over gradually. We're also building native integrations with major schedulers so the switch can happen at your pace, not ours.

English and French at launch, both built natively rather than translated. We're adding more languages over time, prioritizing markets where we have active users. If your community speaks a language we don't yet support, let us know and we'll add it sooner.
